Birds
Where there is flora – fauna follows. Once our wetland was established the birds arrived to complement those already frequenting our established gardens. We have now listed 90 species at different times along our wetland walk; swamp wallabies bound through the understory brush while echidnas pad more sedately and less visibly. Birdlife Australia hold their annual Christmas party on our property and routinely sight in excess of 40 birds in their pre-prandial walk.
